Additional Charges:

• Above rates do not include fuel surcharge, tolls and 20% service charge. Airport transfer rates apply to and from Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport, Baltimore/Washington International Airport, Washington D.C. and nearby suburbs. Unanticipated delays are billed in 1/4 hour increments at the regular rate, added to the airport rate.

• $15 additional charge between the hours of 11:00pm-6:00am

• A non-refundable Deposit is required for all wedding and prom reservations.

• Cancellation, without the required 24 hour notice, is subject to charge.

• Mileage Rates:
  $2.50 for a sedan and $3.50 for a Stretch per mile for a one way transfer, or $1.75 per mile for a Sedan and $2.75 for a Stretch round trip; plus the per hour charter rate while waiting.

• Should the transfer require more than 1 3/4 hours to complete, additional time is charged in 1/4 hour increments at the regular hourly rate of the vehicle in use.

• Waiting Time:
  10 minute grace period for private transportation, after the grace period has elapsed, charges will be calculated at 1/4 hour increments which is based on the distance the vehicle is off-route. Each additional stop will be $15 minimum.

• Additional passengers:
  $10.00 per person charge is added for the third and more passengers.
   

Airport Pickup Procedures:

• Baggage Area Meet:
  A Quest Limousine Driver will meet you at the baggage claim area with a sign stating your name or the name of your company.

• If you cannot locate your chauffeur for any reason, Do Not Leave as you will be charged as a No-Show. Please call us immediately and we will assist you to locate your chauffeur.
